Entering Marsh Manor’s CorePower Yoga Studio, you may mistake it for an upscale spa. The facilities are brand new and sparkly clean. Changing rooms are equipped with everything you need, including showers, vanities, and private lockers.
The mission of the studio is far from passive, though. CorePower aims to have members find strength (on and off the mat) through an intense physical workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga.
